VMware Communities: ESXi 4.1 HA configure error!!!
I have tried to configure HA cluster with ESX4.1 and ESXi4.1 together. And there was a problem when adding ESXi4.1 to existing cluster.
The above VMware community post was really helpful.
In conclusion, it was RAM size issue of ESXi4.1. When it managed by vCenter Server it needs to have more than 2GB, say 3GB.
